HS Boys’ & Girls’ Cross-Country Finish Season at Chris Jensen Run

The cross country teams completed their seasons last night (Mon. 11/2) at the Chris Jensen Memorial Run at Sharp Park.  There were 7 personal records by the Northwest runners. Cross Country Results from Regionals

The boy’s and girl’s cross country competed at regionals Saturday at DeWitt High School.  There was no team, as this year there was a qualifying standard to get to regionals.  Brandt DuBois qualified in the boy’s race and finished in 63rd place today.  Aspen Tapley qualified for the girl’s and finished in 63rd place, also.

Cross Country Competes at I-8 Jamboree at Northwest

Northwest Cross Country teams competed last evening at their second I – 8 Jamboree.  This race was on their tough home course, which hasn’t happened since 2013. The boy’s team improved their team score since the first jamboree by 20 points.  They were led by Payne Boulter in 26th place and Adam Haselius in 37th.
