Boys Tennis Defeats Hastings!!

After battling all season to improve, the boys’ tennis team beat Hastings, 6-1 to earn their first team win of the season. Leading the Mounties was team captain, Tim Brock, with a 3 set victory at number 1 singles, 5-7, 6-3, (10-6 super tie-breaker). Tim earned Northwest’s first number 1 singles match in at least

Boys Tennis Loses to Lansing Christian/Leslie

Lansing Christian 7 NW 1 Tim Brock and Collin Inosencio won 6-4, 6-0 at #1 doubles. Luke Watson/Wesley Mitchell and Nolan Hughey/Aaron Whitney both lost close doubles matches in 3rd set tie-breakers.

Boys Tennis Opens Season At Eaton Rapids

NW- 1 Eaton Rapid- 7 Nolan Hughey and Aaron Whitney won their doubles match 7-6 (7-4) 6-4. I am proud of all my players and rookies. Each player except for 2 won at least a game. -Coach Woodruff

Boys Tennis Canceled with Columbia

The scheduled boys tennis match with Columbia has been canceled for Wednesday as Columbia doesn’t have enough players yet.   We will try to reschedule if Columbia adds more players once school starts. Stay tuned
