Girls Tennis Defeats Leslie

It was Senior Night for the Northwest girls’ tennis team and a mix of seniors and rookies led the Mounties to a 6-2 victory over Leslie in a match played at Parkside. Seniors Brandy Wollet and Rhiannon Shook picked up victories at #2 and #3 singles respectively. Wollet beat Blackhawk junior Madison Montgomery (7-5, 6-2)

Girls Tennis Competes Against Lumen Christi

The best the Northwest girls’ tennis team could do against state championship contenders, Lumen Christi, was to steal a couple of games in the top singles’ flights in an 8-0 loss to the Titans on Monday.
