Saturday Night (11/23), Jackson United Hockey defeated New Boston Huron 6-0. The 7th Grade Boys’ Basketball “Black” Team won their second game of the season, beating the Hastings Saxons 39-32 Thursday night (11/21). The 7th Grade Boys’ Basketball “Red” Team came within a whisker of getting their first win of the season at Hastings last night (Thurs. 11/21). They lost in overtime, 64 – 67.  The Mounties led by 8 – 10 points late in the first quarter.  The game was a “nail-biter” by half-time, with the Mounties

8th Gr. Boys’ Basketball “Black” Team Defeats Hastings

The 8th Grade Boys Basketball “Black” Team beat Hastings at home on Thurs. (11/21) by a score of 40-26. They played great defense through the first 3 quarters only giving up 9 points. A strong offensive 4th quarter helped put the game away. Every player who got in the game scored. Leading the way was Drew Maples

8th Grade Boys’ Basketball “Red” Team Defeats Hastings

The 8th Grade Boys’ Basketball “Red” Team cruised to a 31 point victory over Hastings. The Mounties were lead in scoring by Josh Jordan who had 13 points. Dominic Lynch and Aspen Keyes each contributed with 9 points. The final score was 47 to 16. The Mounties play at Battle Creek Pennfield next Monday (11/25)
