JV Boys Basketball Defeats Hastings

The Northwest JV boys basketball picked up a nice win Thursday against conference opponent Hastings, final score 47-40. The Mounties controlled the tempo most of the game and were led offensively by Dawson White with 14 points and 5 assists.  Ethan Anspaugh chipped in with 12 points. The JV Mountie boys basketball team started off the New Year on the right foot, traveling to Coldwater to pick up a nice conference win 59-44. Middle School Cheer Competes at Leslie Invitational

The Northwest competitive middle school black team competed Saturday at Leslie High school at the annual Blackhawk Invitational.  The black team scored a 92.80 in round 2.  Which is a new high for them.  They also scored a 226.10 in round three which earned them a 3rd place with an overall score of 318.90 for the day.  They continue to work hard and
