The Varsity Wrestling team finished 4-1 on the day and finished 2nd at the Adrian Invit. Saturday. They defeated Jackson High, Columbia Central, Linden, and Adrian while losing to Milford. They return to action Wednesday at Lansing Waverly at 6pm.

Boys Bowling Ties Jackson High

The Boys Bowling team opened their 2012-2013 season with a 15-15 tie with Jackson High. Corey Daniels put up scores of 255 and 221 to lead the Mounties. The Girls Bowling team opened up their 2012-2013 season with a 23-7 victory over Jackson High. Mikki Matthews and Sabrina Yearling lead the Mounties in scoring. Morgan Ledford signs with Spring Arbor

Senior Morgan Ledford has signed a scholarship offer with Spring Arbor University to continue her softball career next year. As a Junior, Morgan was CAAC Gold Division All Conference as a 1st Baseman while also earning Honorable Mention Jackson Citizen Patriot All Area Honors. Morgan was also selected as her team MVP this past spring.
