7th & 8th Grade Girls Basketball Wins

Varsity Girls Basketball Defeats Tecumseh

The Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated Tecumseh Tuesday night 57-21. Ashley Bunker and Lexi Khon had 11 points each with Bunker having 4 assists and Khon 10 rebounds. Varsity Boys Basketball Loses to Tecumseh

The Varsity Boys Basketball team lost to Tecumseh Tuesday night 53-41. Malik Greene led the Mounties with 11 points and 3 assists. Shaquille Greene had 9 points and 7 rebounds. Noah Olmsted had 8 points, Riley Horsch 6, Rodney Stevenson 5 and Blake Ryan 2 points. They return to action Friday at Western at 6:00pm.

JV Girls Basketball Defeats Tecumseh

The JV Girls’ BBall Team held off Tecumseh last night winning 35-33 and moving their season record to 10 & 6.  Alyssa Stull scored 13, Michaela Taylor had 8 and Chelsea Daniels tossed in 7 points to lead the Mounties.  Maddie Perrin led the team with 8 rebounds, Sarah Gwinn had 6 and Tyriah Pryor and Daniels

Middle School Wrestling 5th

Jessica Delaney Signs with Ferris St!

Jessica Delaney has signed a National Letter of Intent and Scholarship with Ferris StateUniversity to continue her Cross Country and Track career. Jessica was All State in Cross Country in 2011 and a member of the 3200 meter relay team that finished 7th in the State in 2011. Jessica becomes the fourth Northwest student athlete

Wrestlers lose in District Finals

The wrestling team defeated Ypsilanti in the District Semi Finals before losing to Chelsea 38-25 in the District Finals. This ends their regular season. They will be wrestling Saturday at Mason in the MHSAA individual tournament.
