Fall Athletic Awards 2017

The Northwest Athletic Department would like to congratulate the following student-athletes for their achievements Athletically and Academically. Wednesday, 12/13-All Games/Practices Canceled

Due to weather conditions, ALL High School and Middle School games and practices are canceled for Wednesday, 12/13. Students must go home after school. High School Wrestling match with Hastings will be made up on Friday, 12/15 with JV’s starting at 5:45 and Varsity at 6:00pm at Northwest HS. No make up date for MS

8th Gr. Boys’ Basketball Sweeps Pennfield

The KMS 8th Grade Black Basketball Team improved to 7 – 3 on the season with win at Pennfield 56 – 46.  Northwest shot the ball extremely well on the road, with SIX different players nailing three-pointers and 8 of 11 players dressed for game scoring.  Coach’s Awards go to Javier Campbell, Damein Milliman, Nolan

7th Gr. Boys’ Basketball “B” Team defeats Pennfield

The 7th Grade Boys B Basketball is now 10-0 with a dominating victory over Battle Creek Pennfield Monday night. The Mounties were lead by Connor Lewis with 19 and Jacob Omans with 14.  Northwest bolted out of the gate to put up a 13-3 first and a 21-4 second to secure a 34-7 half time
