Ella Bontrager Earns Outstanding Senior Award

Senior Girls Basketball player Ella Bontrager received the Outstanding Senior Student Athlete Award from the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan. Winner’s must be Seniors who have played four years of high school basketball and must have a minimum GPA of 3.80. Congratulations to Ella Bontrager  

MS Track defeats Lumen Christi

The boy’s track and field team beat Lumen Christi last night 93.5 to 68.5.  And the girl’s won 105 to 45. First place for the boys went to Jayveon Smith in the 100, long jump, and 200.  Nolan Ulch was first in the 400.  Marcus Arbrouet won the 200 Hurdles.  Jacob Swartz won the pole

JV Baseball Loses Game one to Mason

The JV Mountie boys lost game 1 at home tonight vs Mason 4-7.  Game two was called due to darkness just as the Mounties were getting hot at the plate for an incomplete game. Game one loss 4-7:  Keirns and Manser pitched solid for the Mounties but 3 errors were too much to overcome.  Offensively

Girls Tennis Falls to Hastings

The Northwest girls’ varsity tennis team fell 8-0 to Hastings in each team’s I8 conference opener on Thursday.
