Summer workouts are for everyone (high school, middle school, parents..anyone). If you are planning on running cross-country in the Fall, summer workouts are mandatory. If they aren’t on the following scheduled days/times, they need to be done on your own everyday!!
Summer Workout Schedule:
June 13th, 15ht, 20th, 22nd, 27th & 29th – Meet behind MS Media Center – 7:00pm
June 30th thru July 10th – Dead Week – NO PRACTICES
July 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th, 27th & Aug.1st – Meet behind MS Media Center -7:00pm
August 2nd thru August 8th – Pre-Season Down Week – NO PRACTICES
August 9th – High School Runners – 1st Official Day of Practice – Either 9:00am or 7:00pm (one or the other is required). — Meet behind MS Media Center.
August 10th & 11th – Either 9:00am or 7:00pm (one or the other is required)
August 13th thru August 16th – High School Training Camp (Ludington, MI)
August 17th – 7:00pm practice
August 18th – Either 9:00am or 7:00pm (one or the other is required)
August 21st – 3:00pm practice
